Brothers Mexican Grill

Has always been friendly until just now when I stopped in to sit down and have tacos. The server put the chips and dip down ...the chips were in a basket lined with dirty waxed paper as if they had already been on another table..no little plate. Then my tacos came and no silver ware so I had to ask for a fork. When i paid I left a tip and the same waitress didn't say a word..like thank you or ..thanks for coming by, whatever, rude! I did not feel welcome here! I am a Hillside resident and will never return, as well as pass this experience on to my neighbors! I don't know her name, the receipt says Yazmin. I'm sure you know who is the only female working now!

The dine in food is usually pretty good. The to-go containers are really bad; you might be consuming french fries covered in molten styrofoam.

There food is okay, service could be better. They don't tell you that they charge extra for paying on card. It already kind of expensive compared to other Mexican restaurants. Last time I went there I asked for extra hot sauce, the female worker there told me its extra when the gentleman there when I ordered before gave it a extra without problem. Even though its just 25 cent extra, you'd thinks after spending 30+ dollars on takeout tacos with beans and rice combos it wouldnt warrant any stinginess on their part.
