The service is great, however, the prices, portion sizes, and qualities are not. It is clear that the portion sizes are maybe 2/3 of that of competitors yet the cost is 15-25% more. The level of quality doesn't justify the differences. Broth does mirror some competitors in one aspect and unfortunately it is by charging extra if you want your broth spicy.
Pleasantly surprised! Tbh I tried going to another establishment close by but they were closed so I headed over to the Mercantile to see what my other options were and the pho ga here was great with right amount of flavor and very fresh ingredients! I work around the corner so I know I will be coming back in the near future!
What a tasty and fun experience! Very tasty pho and Thai iced tea. Plus they graciously accommodated a bunch of annoying dietary requests we had. A wonderful new asset for downtown Rochester.
