Bagels are AMAZING, but the customer service is not very good. I understand that it’s busy, I work in a fast paced food service environment as well, but I’ve rarely had good customer service interactions here and I’m always extremely respectful. I kinda feel like I’m walking on eggshells when I talk to anybody there. I hope I just keep catching them on a bad day because I really do understand what that’s like. I hope they’re being taken care of behind closed doors!
Been here multiple times and the service every time is awful. The first time we waited for our food their and it took 45 minutes. The 2nd time we ordered to go and it took 30. Every time we “give them another chance” they disappoint with the service. Today it once again took 30 minutes and everyone behind us got their food and finished it before we got ours. The food and bagels are good which makes us want to give them more chances but each time it is the same thing.
the customer service is great but the bagel was honestly gross. I believe it was Brandon (i couldn't hear him too well) who helped me up front and he was just so nice! You couldn't help but smile after how friendly this guy is! That being said, I wish the bagel was just as good. I was pretty disappointed as a jersey girl ordering the "jersey boy" (Taylor ham egg and cheese)... I probably should have turned away after seeing that didn't call it pork roll lol...and the fact that they have you put the salt pepper ketchup on yourself. When I normally order this in jersey they egg is usually fried so it's my mistake for assuming it'd be made the same way. The egg was like a block of scrabbled eggs. It was gross and the bagel was sticky and small...much smaller than the contents it held. Very disappointing. The 3 stars are only for the customer service but I won't be back
