Absolutely the WORST food ever! We are remodeling so have no kitchen or microwave, hence ordered delivery from a restaurant within less than a 5-minute drive. The pulled pork was literally cold like just taken out of the refrigerator - and dry - not edible! The 2 ribs were lukewarm and so dry not edible! The TX toast was cold, limp, burnt on one side and no butter, salt, garlic or any flavoring, none in the bag or offered on the menu. The fries were limp with no salt and no ketchup in the bag or offered on the menu. The coleslaw is bland! The potato salad is bland with only the flavor of occasional pepper. This meal was ALL just thrown in the trash!!!!!! The cherry cobbler was half frozen and has freezer burn smell and taste! We will NEVER order here again! AWFUL! This was the 1st and LAST time we will try this restaurant!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Do NOT waste your time or money!!!! Just spoke to the 'manager' and the comment was "I will definitely pass that on to the owner". This place does not
I'm glad this business survived the pandemic. For awhile, due to staffing issues and supply chain they were only open a few days of a week. In addition, it's nice to have a local BBQ in Monument especially since a lot of the others in North Springs have moved more central which is a pain to get to. Was particularly impressed with their brisket which was delicious and their mac n cheese was also tasty. I'll say I only wish their BBQ chicken was still on the bone and covered in BBQ but still good. Also, I am a wedding photographer and I believe they do larger catering events. They catered an event at Spruce Mountain Ranch in November and everyone thought it was delicious.
I am appalled. I ordered 2 sliced brisket sandwiches one as a combo with fries. The cost was $24.95. I asked for lean, without fat. Both sandwiches had 1/2 fat with the beef. The fries were not fully cooked. When I walked in there were no prices on the menu. I asked about the prices and was told they were going up? And they did not want to have confusion with the menu. So we will have to guess what the cost is. We will not be back without taking out a loan.
