BROADWAY SHRIMP

Large Shrimp and Chicken wings were great but the catfish steaks were thin and overcooked.

They used to be great now they have the sorriest service ever, it’s sad the original owners had so much pride in there business it’s a shame what it’s become

The worst service ever! First I called in my order over the phone. The lady stated 15 minutes I wait to go pick up my food 25 minutes later. When I got there the lady stated I had 2 other orders before me. I replied I was told over the phone 15 minutes. The young lady started getting upset stating they have a lot of orders. I asked why did the lady say 15 minutes. Her exact words were that's what we tell people. Then she started yelling stating that I was yelling at her and she was going to refuse my order. I replied I never yelled I just asked a simple question why do you all tell people 15 minutes. I apologise to make her feel better because I was buying the food for a friend of mine who was home recovery, she loves their fishing chips. After receiving my order 35 minutes later ( not including the time she was yelling and getting upset with me)I start to question myself to see what did I do wrong, Did I yell was I being disrespectful towards her, I explained to my friend what just
