Brisas Bakery & Restaurant

I’ve eaten at Brisas for the last 3 years. They have always had great food at reasonable price. However, in the last few months I’m so excited to say that their customer service has gone to a new level! Their attention to detail, recommendations from the servers, the speed of the food and most importantly, quality! I’m so proud of the management and staff in how they continue to pursue excellence! The Caldo de Costillas is super Amazing ???? Keep up the great work Brisas

This is a follow up review. Great food, pastries and coffee. The "calentados" are the best. Nice, spacious atmosphere for inside and outside dining. Seems they have new waiters whom are nicer so they fixed the part I was concerned about. Dishes are a bit pricey though, and tip is included if you dine in. But it's one of the best Colombian restaurants in this area.

We came today after a long road trip to enjoy a Sunday lunch — have visited from out of town in many other occasions —- today highly disappointed with quality of food ,, over cooked and tasteless — 3 adults and (1) child in our party —- no one finished the meal . The kids meal while good portion also had poor presentation. The waitress asked us why ? And we explained we were not happy with the food and when the manager came to out table was not empathetic and gave us our bill …. Clearly no customer service skills —— I’m big on customer service and can understand that in food industry hard to please everyone but this manager clearly. Didn’t want to hear what we had to say
