My family had dinner here tonight and unfortunately had a really bad experience. The food was actually pretty decent. The eggplant shrimp appetizer was excellent. However this place is understaffed and extremely poorly managed. Our poor waitress was probably managing half of the restaurant. It was 12 minutes before we were given waters. Every little item took forever. Five minutes for straws, 15 minutes for drinks, etc. it culminated in my credit card getting mixed up what’s another tables where we paid for each other‘s meals and had to go through a 10 minute refund. The poor waitress, who is already managing half the restaurant, process the return, while the assistant manager was leaning on the expo table texting. None of her tables got service during this time. Not her fault. Extremely poor management. If they can fix that it would be a totally serviceable establishment, but our experience tonight invalidates the good work of the kitchen and entry level folks.
updated. fully refunded. -------- I would give 0 star if I could! I've never had such a bad experience in my life at the dining restaurants. I visited this restaurant today for lunch and had an extremely bad experience. Dirtiness, rudeness, and receiving unfair treatment. I've ordered two plates, Lobster & Shrimp Fettuccine and Pasta Brio. Before starting our lunch, we found a flake of onion on the back of one of the forks and asked a guy who was serving the food to change it for another new one. He has just grabbed the fork and gone off. After a while, he showed up and put the new one on the table with a thud and without saying anything. This happened twice, because the dish they served was really dirty. He acts just like a mugger; glaring at us, grasping the dish. The most disgusting thing I've experienced at the restaurant was I FOUND A STRAND of the cook's hair! We couldn't keep eating our lunch, (only about 5 minutes passed since we got our food) so I called the server to explain
I had dinner with my wife here on Friday. The wait to be seated wasn't long. We started with the Calamari, it was pretty decent... Above average, but not the best. We ordered the Lamb chops and Salmon. Both were excellent. The waitress was a bit weird with approach.... It's like, she acted how I would expect a server from Applebee's... Rather than a step higher. Whatever, we enjoyed the food, and I would recommend it.
