Brine Seafood and Raw Bar

Pleasantly surprised with our experience at Brine. Their atmosphere is a well thought out open air concept, with an upscale coastal vibe. Perfectly suits the Sarasota area. Our server was also on her A game, providing excellent service from start to finish. Highly recommend the Lobster Carbonara!

Love the food and the service was great! Definitely recommend the Bloody Mary for brunch. The crab cake sandwich was the best I’ve ever had and they also have other choices for those who don’t love seafood. My favorite thing is that you can order the raw oysters a La carte so you can mix it up and they are soooo fresh never frozen !

We were a group of 6 and the server handled everything in a friendly and professional manner. The food was delicious, the portions were good, the meals were presented well and the prices were reasonable. No one had a single complaint. The crab cakes had plenty of crab, the smoked heirloom tomato sauce salmon was delicious, as was the snapper. The restaurant itself is light and clean. It was a positive experience and we will return.
