The staff and the food is amazing. Great wine selection with a full bar. Refreshing business for Huntington Beach.
Went opening weekend and the food and drinks we’re phenomenal. Tried a good variety of food - the halibut was perfectly cooked and the croquettes had a great scallion sauce! Drink were made better than most places I’ve been to. Did not get wine but they do have a comprehensive list of varieties and prices. Overall, I loved Brightwaters for dinner and am dying to try the lunch menu - looks so good!
