Brickhouse Buffet

I usually wouldn't have any complaints. I've eaten here before & have enjoyed it. Today was an exception. My Alaskan friend came to town for a visit. He wanted to eat some really great food. So,I & my family suggested Brickhouse. We all were enjoying our food until my friend & son took a bite of their fried chicken. They noticed blood(not traces either) inside. We alerted the the manager. He surveyed both pieces and offered an apology. We were told what we were witnessing was nothing unusual. It was just a blood clot & he assured us, the food was cooked properly. The manager took my son's chicken taken away & urged them both to retrieve more from the bar. All of our appetites & enjoyment for the remainder of our food or anything additional was gone. My friend wanted monetary compensation. A discussion occured between them both. The manager refused. The food presentation was horrible , fried turkey legs that was labeled chicken no seasoning the fried chicken was a match above dodge store and the salad bar I thought would be good and the pickled beets tasted like they was sitting in water no taste.i will not be going back the price is reasonable and I see why.

Spent $53.00 & NOTHING was good. Everything tasted horrible! Only thing good was the salad! Would not recommend going here!! 0/10
