This place is fantastic. Their really work on the spirit of the place. Is perfect for party. Dinner is very good. Strong recommend. Salads are amazing. A lot of options. You will have a fantastic time here. Winner ???? many times. Quality is one of the priorities over here . Come and check for your self. And let me know what you think.
My parents actually worked at Brick Oven in the early 70s, and I love that they have a lot of the history in the waiting area. The 4 stars instead of 5 is because they put us on the list and then never called us because they had skipped us, so we got to sit and extra 20 minutes. Prices were decent, food was great, loved the salad bar. This place IS on/next to BYU campus, so conversations overheard from other tables were questionable, and we got some glances walking in with motorcycle helmets. Love a big sit down place for good pizza.
Polite, happy and helpful staff, food was amazingly good, haven't been in over 10+ years and yet it tastes as good as I remember it. The building is very clean and has a nice aroma to it, with a very professional Italian feeling, dining room was quiet compared to other restaurants. The salad bar is huge with so much to choose from. Root-beer is still homemade and tastes bubbly and satisfying. The pizza I had was a Meats-A-Pizza and had so much good flavour, that marinara sauce was the best I've had. Their breadsticks were awesome as well. I have so many good things to say, I plan on coming back again as soon as I can. Thank you Brick Oven team, have a good one.
