Briana's pancake House

I ordered from this place on today in hopes that I would get exemplary service from this place of establishment and instead of getting at least satisfactory service, I received luke warm food, a torn up omelette that looked played in, I did not receive the grilled onion in my hash browns which would’ve added flavor to the bland food their serving here. I ended up talking to Angel Garcia whom told me he was the General Mngr and instead of him accepting full responsibility for the poor service received, he talked about what he is only willing to do as it pertains to my other order which is another story. But this place definitely needs to get out of Elgin quick and go where they allow this kind of service. Maybe if I was his cousin he would’ve remade all my food with no problem, Garcia stop being bias and run a business that delivers Excellent Customer Service from the front door all the way to the kitchen.

Food is always great service is always great. Today they only had 2 waitress that I saw not smart those poor girls were busy as all get out. More staff on Saturdays

Healthy delicious food, lots of choices. Staff was really nice and the atmosphere was great!
