We had great service. We arrived around 11am and the place was humming like a well oiled machine! Wait time was short. Just as we were seated our waitress had syrup spilled down the front of her by a guest, accidentally of course. She handled it with grace and never let it carry over in her service. Thank you for a great experience!
Nice cozy Southern breakfast place! Came her to dine with a friend I had been seeing after 2 months! The eggs were well cooked although the biscuit was a little flaky. Hash browns were too good! Overall, bang for the buck and the decor was simply like I had walked into a country side restaurant back in time.
I think it’s what you would expect. It was very busy so I can say that was not lost on me. The food was average. Although my sons chocolate banana pancakes were pretty amazing. Maaaaany menu options so I would like to go back and try some other items. It was a bit overwhelming with all the options. Things like the waffle monte christo, the turkey sandwich on blueberry Texas toast, and the chicken and waffles, definitely has me wanting to come back. The price point was great. I would say easily it is kid friendly. If you want to avoid the wait, sit at the bar!
