Brawley's Restaurant

In the years past, Brawley's was very good! I hadn't been there in years, but I decided to go today. (1/8/22) I ordered strawberry French cakes, which are just strawberry crepes. Our food arrived in a timely manner (service: 8/10) but the food itself was not very good. (1/10) The crepes, or should I say extremely thin overdone pancakes, were covered in a mushy, chunky strawberry puree kind of thing. It wasn't even warm. One of the people I was with got an omelet. She said it was brown and dry. Another person got biscuits and gravy. That's about the only thing that was good. Overall I will probably not be going there again.

Delicious breakfast and wonderful customer service! Highly recommend for anyone that wants great food at a reasonable price.

Decent food, prices online don’t reflect actual price. They forgot an item in our pick up order and when I called back to let them know, the lady that answered had a sarcastic tone in her voice and said “they were in there.” I know how to count and there were 3 pancakes that came with our other order and 4 were missing from the Create your Own order. She stayed quiet for a minute when I told her we only got 3 and then said they’d put my name down for “free pancakes” the next time I went in. First of all, they’re not free if I paid for them and I wasn’t trying to get free pancakes. Secondly, that was basically my daughters breakfast that was missing so we had to drive back. Won’t be back for IHOP prices and poor customer service. Update: we got the missing pancakes but we were missing 4 and only got 3 when we went to pick them up. Definitely won’t be back!
