First time at this location. Arrived around 4:30pm. It was happy hour. We requested to sit outside in the patio area. The tables were dirty with left over food stains. About 20 minutes later. Someone arrived to take our drink orders. Sometime later we were able to order food. It took 60 minutes for our order to arrive. During this period of time i got up three times to request silverware, water, bread etc. My happy hour burger arrived plain and i was informed that garnish would be an additional charge Huh. 20 min later a small plate arrive with garnish. My burger is now cold My wife never got her soup. After 2 hours of this we had enough. I had to go inside to ask the bill. Wouldn't go back
Great atmosphere and food, presentation and taste 90% of the time. Changes could earn them a Five Star... Gave them 4 star based on quality of server, regarding attentiveness and more, along with the extremely long waits for food to arrive can be frustrating. They do have a new chef and manager, but so far change on the above is still in need. Also, if you order carryout to take with you after eating the amount of food is less than in person often in our experience and depending on server determines if you get the extras like Bread and such that come when you're there in person. Parking: Large parking as part of Franklin Mall Wheelchair accessibility: Spacious inside Dietary restrictions: You can tell them, many choices
We love patio dining and since 2020 that is exclusively how we dine out. Bravo has an adorable and accessible patio so we dined here 5 times this summer. The food was excellent each time - I personally LOVE the parmesan crusted chicken salad. The drinks are perfect and dessert always hits right. However each patio experience was less than ideal in service. 4 out of 5 times we were there over 2 hours because our server would be 30 minutes or more between check ins. Appetizers often arrive with the food. The bartenders seem to be the patio servers and they never seem to have back up or help for the patio. I felt awful for the servers (except for one male bartender who was downright unhappy, unpleasant and wasted our afternoon) and always tip 22%. I'd like to mention we would have dined here more if we could have. Twice we arrived and waited at the host stand for more than 10 minutes before leaving. With the poor service history and knowing a Bravo lunch will take 2 hours, waiting at the
