Worst service ever tonight! For some reason this braums every time I go takes forever! I don’t go that often so, not sure that it’s all the time or I just have bad luck. The one on Pawnee, nothing like this ever. Tonight I waited 45 minutes to get a medium fry and an ice cream cone. It took about twenty minutes before I ever reached the first window. Then, about another 20 minutes from window 1 to window 2. Finally, get to the pickup window and still nobody…waiting still. They give me my order and I check my fries, cold! Have to honk my horn multiple times like a crazy person to even get anyone to come back to the window. Tell them these are cold, I want fresh fries please. What’s this kid do pops my fries back in the fryer and hands me greasy…now, burnt fries. I have to honk yet again to get someone’s attention. I tell her he just re-dipped these just give me my money back for these. Manager finally comes over after another several minute wait. He tells the guys next to him, she hasn’

I took a star away for a slight infraction to my order (I was missing one of my fries). That might sound petty, but often I go somewhere and am missing a part of my meal causing me to go back through the drive thru/or walk inside and get my order corrected. Not a big deal but let my missing item be a reason you double check your order before pulling off as I should. They weren't busy so I was alittle dissapointed it was missing. Otherwise ......I was satisfied with my meal as I typically am at any braums.

I come here often and dine in. Inside is a bit dated but not bad. Food is pretty good. The crinkle cut fries are my favorite item. I rarely have room for ice cream but when I do, it's been really good. The brownie sunday is my go to. Price isn't crazy especially compared to food quality and they actually pay their employees decently. I'd give them 6 stars for that effort.
