Shake was good but unfortunately my soft served frozen yogurt Ice cream in a cone was awful. Looked like it had been sitting out in the sun. I was in shock when the associate handed it to me. I did express how I felt and the response that I got was. "Its soft served" and offered no solution. When I received the shake, I gave the ice cream back to the next associate and said I couldn't eat it looking like that. He did offer to get me another. However by that point I was over it. I didn’t even ask for a refund. In all my years supporting Braum's never have I had this experience. I will not go back to that location.
I would like that the Shakes will be to the top of the glass like before Covid. All Braum's now always leave quite a space between the lid and the shake. Fries taste could be improved too.
Very good experience this time at braums Richardson! Double cheeseburger with fries and a scoop of ice cream all made to order.
