Running smoothly. We had dinner and ice cream. Everything was perfect. Erin is am awesome customer service person if you need anything. She took complete care of us.

I just went in and stood at the counter for ten minutes while the two people working inside were getting orders for the drive thru. The guys working even looked at me, didn’t say anything. I told my husband we just had to go through the drive thru because they wouldn’t help me. My malt is melted and his shake is melted. So gross and a waste of time

*also sent to corporate* We ordered two #1s (breakfast biscuits) and a breakfast burrito. We were told to pull forward and we sat there for 15 minutes. I called inside the store and told them how long we were sitting there and our order was immediately brought out but missing hash-browns.I went inside the store and they had to make the hash browns which tells me that they didn’t forget them, they just didn’t want to take the time to make them. We spent a total of 30 minutes from driving up to leaving. I asked the manager for a partial refund or some type of compensation for the trouble because it caused us to be late to our destination and I was told that the receipt is needed to do anything and I told them I wasn’t going to take more time going to the car to get a receipt. This is completely unacceptable. I told the manager that I have never in my life come into a fast food restaurant to complain about a drive thru order so that should really say something.
