Worst experience in my life!! New management (cook) is awful. The food was awful and I use to love going to this restaurant. They really need to change the cook because this restaurant was #1 place to eat a few years ago. The food has no taste, it's not prepared well, and it's far from the Haitian standard of cooking. The owner seems very nice but he needs to change the cook!!!
Worst service in any restaurant I have ever patronized. I went in there again with my wife for take-out food, there were 3 ladies behimd the counter, 2 on their cell phones, and 1 sitting behind the cash register talking to a friend. Finally my wife asked if she could get someone to help, no one bothered to answer. Only after one of the ladies was done with her phone call did she ask what we wanted. Of course, there was no white rice, no (banane pesée), no poisson gro sel. I don't know if that place will ever get it together
One of the worst place to go. A friend of mine told me that Vayb is performing there and I went for their performance for the first time. The bar, you couldn’t get a drink, no wine opener ????????♂️????♀️????????♂️???????? We don’t have any bottle that’s opened at this moment and come back around. Let me get a bottle, bottle 300-500 and fine with that. We don’t take card????????who does that carry 300-500 on pocket to Haitian Party???????? The place is dirty, Haitians are rude in this place and can I judge all New Yorkers in Queens for supporting this place? Yes, I am judging them because they support this and they will continue to support mediocrity. Dirty place, unprofessional, horrible staff and food are terrible…Haitian bands need to stop playing there and stop supporting it until the owner takes responsibility to renovate it. Plus, bring new professional staffs.
