Brasa Pub & Restaurant

We had a wonderful dinner there while traveling through the area. The atmosphere was wonderful, very clean and well maintained. Loved the tables with the thick natural wood. The service and food was wonderful. The "Polvo A Brasa Com Camarao" (Octopus and Shrimp with potatoes) was a huge serving and prepared to my liking. My wife enjoyed the Medalhao Com Risotto (Beef medallions with risotto) while my daughter enjoyed the Picanha Skewer (Steak served with rice, farofa and salad). Everything about this experience made us happy about this choice as we passed through CT on our way to Mass. Hope to be back soon. ps- The live music on a Thurs evening made it really festive too!

Really authentic feel to this Portuguese restaurant. Don't know much about Bridgewater but came here for a Sunday afternoon hockey game with the family and found this restaurant. What a pleasant surprise. We have been going to Portugal for the last two years for vacation and coming here brought me right back to that wonderful country. Live ethnic music on Sunday night really made the place pop! Kid-friendliness: Not sure what this even means but they did not smirk at my children

Where do I begin? Bife a Portuguese very grizzly and not a good cut of meat. Other 2 meals tasted bland with poor presentation. We felt that the meals were just thrown sloppily together. Mango and passion fruit drink watered down and tasted like it was Goya brand drink from Walmart.Wobbly tables, dried food/ beverage splash on the wall, For the prices that are charged for meals , they should put some effort into the maintenance of their dining room. Server not very attentive. Needless to say, we will not return.
