Branding Iron

This was the second night in a row for the Brisket. I have visited here several times and the food is always good and the waitresses is always attentive. Would have rated this a 5 but tonight's Brisket was alittle dry....gotta earn a 5 out of 5 from this food critic.???? Steak Bites week a good choice for an appetizer. I will be back again.

Gates closed at the Sacred Rose music fest across the street BRANDING IRON to the rescue! The inundated small Sunday staff was fantastic accommodating an unexpected mass of thirsty hippies until the gates were reopened! Buckets of beer with smiles! Even put on the Phish jam channel! Thanks to the Sunday crew you saved the day!!!!

Our 1st time to BI and we will be back for sure. The service and food were very outstanding from the get go. Anyone visiting this place should take the negative reviews on several apps with a grain of salt. We always give a place the chance to impress us and win our loyalty, which is exactly what the BI did. As soon as we walked in we were greated with a nice pleasant smile by Michelle. She was very friendly and made us feel at home. After the initial warm welcome by Michelle, Alicia introduced herself as our waitress and she also had a friendly smile and warm open positive disposition. These friendly vibes lead us to feel at easy and very relaxed. We wanted to sample several items so we started with the firecracker shrimp and hot wings. Both items were spicy but had their own unique flavored sauce. It was very pleasant to realize that BI doesn't use just one kind of sauce for their different menu items.
