The place was clean but the service was flat & robotic, it was my first time in and the young lady made no eye contact, my order was taken on a post it note. Being a business owner/operator for over 25+ years, I almost always expect, Hi, How are you? Is this your first time here? How did you hear about us?...etc. I really liked the Memphis Gold wings & The Lemon Pepper. I purchased the 50 wings 4 flavors the other two were ok. It came in a foil container which I really liked. But the flavors were not labeled so I couldn't distinguish the "Hot" from "Sweet Heat", I would have been more impressed. The Lemonade was great, I would have liked the option of a larger cup. The Green beans were great, fresh and prepared well. Didn't care much for the cashless system, not all people choose to use cash app. Never turn away a dollar, all forms of payments should be used. Again as the ???? suggest I liked it overall, just offering some suggestions as BOB are trending right now.

Brain Food is by far the best wings I’ve ever had in Dallas! I’ve been a native my entire life and have ate at many places in the city that offer wings. In my experience, Brain Food is in a class of their own. The Sweet Heat and Memphis Gold wings are two flavorful experiences unlike any chicken or wing spot in the city, so I’d definitely recommended these two on your visit if a decision becomes too tough for you, because there’s so many great flavors to choose from. I must also say their customer service was great! While waiting for my order, Nancy at the front counter was very courteous and customer friendly—I will definitely be eating here again and often, especially with the Cowboys and Football starting back up! That Sweet Heat is where it is at! I’m telling you!!

The wings are the bomb.com. I really love the way they cook the celery and carrots. All the wing flavors are very good. I will most def go back for more. Also the lemonade is really really good. Customer service is also good. When I went in there they welcomed me with a hello. Love the way they don’t take cash right now due to COVID which makes it even easier to keep my distance and keep safe.
