It was okay. My ribs were pretty dry and I couldn’t taste any rub on the brisket. The chicken was tasty. The mac and cheese wasn’t a good choice in the least bit. But the cornbread was dense but really delicious.
It was our first time at Bourbons Smokehouse and the food, service (Joe and Tanya) and the atmosphere were perfect. We tried the brisket, pulled pork, hot links, and my favorite burnt ends. Exceptional smoke flavor, tender but not dry. I tried several sauces and really liked the vinegar base and sweet BBQ. Look forward to my next visit.
Brisket sandwich was delishhh! I love that they have 3 different sauces to choose from on the table, I took a picture of my 2 favorite ones. They also have super good tator tots!
