The atmosphere is great smaller than expected. I really enjoyed my drink and food. My husband requested a medium-sized well steak, but it was cooked Nevertheless, the overall experience was good.
Food was absolutley stunning. Black eyed pea hummus was original and a great twist on a classic. Both the lamb burger and the pork chop were cooked and seasoned perfectly. The staff were all very friendly, accommodating and engaged. The drinks were sophisticated and balanced. You can taste every part added. The absolute show stopper had to be the beignets with bourbon reduction sauce. Just unbelievably good. 10/10
Our server was very pleasant and professional. However, my entree was not good at all. Smaller portion that what I’ve seen served. Rice was not cooked; sent back and must have been given the same rice again. ????????♂️ Sweet tea and water was delicious! I’ve never been more ready to just pay the bill and leave. Guess it wasn’t a good night for kitchen staff. Hopefully, it will be better next time.
