I picked up the crispy chicken with country gravy for dinner tonight. There was a very long wait, but I remembered to be patient because many restaurants are short-staffed. So disappointed in my dinner. They gave me a thimble full (1 oz.) of gravy for my chicken and another thimble full (1 oz.) for my potatoes. The 2 oz. plastic containers were not even halfway full. Also, what's the deal with country gravy for the chicken and brown gravy for potatoes? BAIT AND SWITCH!!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!
****new edit***** Today, 9-10-21, I tried to give these loonies another chance. Tried to walk in, and their lobby is closed. Hope this isn't because they're afraid of the flu. Oh well, there are plenty of restaurants in this center that have dine in. I waited a long time for them to stop fearing the plandemic and open the dining room. Finally tried today. When I went in, there was a couple in front of me. They ordered their food. Problem was this place is super understaffed. One employee taking, putting the sides in the plates, cutting and serving the chicken, and collecting cash. Dude took way too long, and the drive thru employee didn't feel like helping him. I waited, and waited and decided it wasn't worth it anymore and left.
Worst case scenario on entire order. The half chicken combo's the chicken had no garlic sauce was sooooo dried out when I tried cutting it crumbled like fine bread crumbs the other side was even drier it wouldn't cut at all. The creamed spinach so hard dry shrunken up like consistency of playdo. The cornbread old hard streched like rubber when I bit into. Chocolate cake layers were separated abd broken icing completely liquefied. Foo was completely cold as ice old hard dried out. No butter 1 fork for 2 combo's had requested a lot of money had to throw it all away extremely disappointed. Never had this happen there.
