Boston Market

Two of the three plates were room temp and the third was easily sitting in a warmer bin for the whole day. It was so dry that out couldn't be cut. Potatos were good, so there's that. Lights were burned out around the menu making it hard to read and the lobby was a mess. The staff was friendly, but that was the only good part of the experience.

Chicken was excellent. Tender. Tasty. Customer service was on point. Patient young AfroAmer man operating the cash drawer. Woman handling the chicken knew how to greet from rear and tend rotisserie machine then hop to front to assist when got busy. Staffed perfectly with someone cleaning dining hall . The sides were not that good...spinach bland...carrots looked dried out...but I know we came when it was slow. Not staff fault. Friend enjoyed meatloaf..i would definitely go back. Hopefully they'll go back to original recipes when yams were tasty.

Store abruptly closed without warning. Recently noticed it reopened so went in to place an order for Saturday lunch! POS machine was giving error messages and appeared to not be taking my payments. I was told my food would be free. Later learned I had been charged on multiple cards and the Manager (same as the day of visit) was rude and unwillingly to help me reconcile the issue or help me get reimbursed! My food-ationship with BM is over at least for a while (all locations), and never returning to the Glendale, WI- ever. Quality of staff and customer service is minimum to non-existent!
