My husband and I visited this location on 11/16/2021. We had $5 off prom courtesy of T-Mobile. The employee stated she wasn't familiar with that promotion. She called her manager and he told her how to use the code. My husband wanted the Nashville hot chicken, but the employee informed us she didn't have any sauce or buns. She offered to go double check to see if they had sauce. She said they had some; but it was frozen and she couldn't thaw it out. I feel there should have been a sign saying they didn't have the sauce,or buns for the Nashville hot chicken sandwich. Lastly I got the three side sampler and found out the sweet potatoes are an extra $0.35 ; not a big deal it would be a good idea to have a sign stating that. Overall the experience was good. The restaurant was clean and the employee was very nice
The worst Boston Market experience! Always enjoyed the menu. On this occasion at approx 4;30 PM, they didn't have meatloaf or little chicken available. The Mac and cheese was watery. The cream spinach appeared to sitting out for a while. The corn bread was crusty. I was greatly disappointed!
First I wanna start with the two managers there kim and Nicole were absolutely the best! These 2 girls are the reason this place is running the food was excellent hot and steamy the cheesecake is my go to desert everytime I go but the real stars are kim and Nicole these girls deserve a raise!!
