An excellent example of hard working people. Working with what they got to make big corporations work. Even though big Corp ignores their responsibility. Good for these employees. Food was great. Restaurant was clean.
A year or so ago I had ordered doordash from BM and the food was sub par. I waited a year or so and ordered it again. Wow it was the same sup par again. Well below BM standards. The meatloaf was very good. The chicken breast I got was barely warm, dry and tasted like it came out of the refrigerator and microwaved for a few seconds. The Mac and cheese was tasty but seems like it came straight from the refrigerator as well. The cornbread was hard as a rock. Either there was not much prep going on before the store opened today or staff doesn't care. When I worked at BM years ago we did our best to give the customers good quality food and service. I probably would have been reprimanded or fired if I had let food go out the door like that.
I was there to pick up a catering order for delivery. It wasnt ready, the cook was arguing with one of the girls, and the HEAT was on up front. It was 85 degrees outside, And yet the heat was on up front. Just the 15 min wait for the order was unbearable. Just so hot
