We were in the mood for grinders and we were in the Chicopee area so we figured we try this place out. Looked like a nice building from the outside. That was the best part. The inside was dark and dirty. The food was NOT good. Grinders had mushy tomatoes, terrible shredded lettuce and not good quality bread. We bought 3 grinders and none of them were good. The one hit grinder the bread was burnt. Probably the worst grinders we have ever had. The people were nice, but the food was not good. We don’t recommend this place!

Horrible customer service. Im a woman who came with her kids and I wanted to order food and the guy kept telling me to wait. 2 Males some in and they started ordering their food with no problem. I just picked up my kids and got out. Felt very poorly attended and I hope it's not because I was a woman. And still no one came to me to see if I wanted to order. There were only male workers working
