Bosses Pizza, Wings & Burgers Western Center

I'll start this off by saying they got my order slightly wrong but it still is deserving of 5 stars. The incorrect order was the pizza made was thin crust and I had ordered hand roll. However, the manager in charge gave me half off of the pizza without me even asking. Furthermore, the pizza was phenomenal and as a normal non thin crust eater, I very much enjoyed the pizza and will definitely return . I may even order thin crust on my own next time

The Hot Lemon Pepper wings, pepperoni pizza and cheeseburger(not pictured) were delicious. The staff was friendly. I kept apologizing because we went in 45 minutes before close and left right at closing time, but the staff did not rush us and reassured that it was fine. Will be back again.

First timers to Bosses, I guess the Boss wasn’t in because we went based on all the good reviews and it wasn’t anything like the reviews. Let me start with positives … the staff was friendly and there was plenty of seating. We were the only ones there at dinner time, and we now have a new rule - if you’re the only one there at 630PM just move on! We got the Big O, potato skins, and bone in wings. The I believe they added the toppings after they ran the pizza thru the oven because they were not cooked at all, but the cheese underneath was melted. Weird but okay. Potato skins were as expected, greasy and unhealthy but okay. The wings were a very spongey texture and just off so we didn’t even eat them. It appears most of the awesome 4-5 star reviews were 2+ years ago. The pandemic may have caused them some issues like many. We won’t be back and I wish them the best! Hope the glory days are just around the corner! Check total was $35 including tip. Happy eating everyo
