We are reward members & have been to this location many times. We usually set in the bar but it was full. We were told we would still get happy hour prices at our table. We had 3 drinks on happy hour menu. The first problem was my meal was served cold. It was sent back to be heated up.. When we got our bill we were charged full price on the drinks. We asked for a manager and Paul came over. He told us we had to pay full price for our drinks & offered no help. We will never return to this place. ( UPDATE ). I received a call from the manager, Andrew. & he sincerely apologized for our experience. I appreciated that because many places just don't care..
The food and service was excellent! I’ll definitely return to this location. I ordered the Kung Pao Shrimp & Noodles…delish!!
Very pleased with the entire experience at this location. The parking lot was clean, the area around the restaurant was well maintained. The inside of the restaurant looked clean from the door to the table. Sanitation rating was a 96, not the best but acceptable. The food was well above expectations. The service was acceptable. The prices were very fair. I highly recommend this seafood restaurant over others in the South Charlotte area!
