Bonchon University City

Disappointing, it was good at first when they first opened but now the quality has gone down. We ordered large combo, half and half, calamari, and fries. The chicken came out completely burnt and dry. We asked for extra sauce bc the last two times we went, the sauce was barely on it. I asked the waitress pointing out how there was no sauce on the burnt chicken. She said they can rebrush it on, which they did. But only on once side of the chicken. ???????????????? the service was good, food however, extremely disappointed. You can see how dry the chicken was, and the color of how burnt the wings were.

This is unacceptable. Paying almost 40 dollars for wings and this is the outcome. Dry, no sauce and the presentation is horrible. This is the second time and unfortunately I will not be ordering or eating at this restaurant again

I normally really like bonchon. I've been going for years, but this location has been inconsistent with their quality. I ordered wings, half soy half spicy and as the picture shows they didn't have any sauce for either flavor. You can also see that the wings were also way overcooked and dry.
