I really enjoy eating here! The food always has a neat, clean, appealing presentation. It is indeed as good as it looks. I highly recommend the teriyaki wings (crispy, and remain that way), and the seafood fried rice!

My husband and I went to Bonchon for our cheat meal and it was an absolute disaster. We ordered 20 half and half wings with seasoned fries. There were two young ladies sitting behind us that ordered wings and drums. The waiter brought out our fries, but the wings never came. The two ladies behind us received an order of chicken. About 5 or so minutes go by and we hear the two ladies behind us say that they ordered wings and drums, but they received half and half wings. My husband and I watched the waiter take the wings from their table, sit the wings on the bar, talk the other waiter about something then bring those same wings over to us. My husband told him that we weren’t taking those wings because we knew where they had been. We asked if we needed to pay for the tea and fries that we’d consumed. He asked us to meet him at the front counter. We went there and explained to an older lady at the counter what happened. She said that she would get the manager. The manager came out and ask
