The shakes had too much ice and not enough flavor, the customer service was terrible, I walked in awaiting an order my wife placed only later to not even get a, "Hi, how can I help you today?" Customer service 101, know that you are more likely to keep customers with proper social skills than just serving a drink. My wife was also treated very poorly and not greeted with any form of professionalism. I will reach out to the BBB about the poor service and Newport on The Levee Management as well, I don't leave reviews often but when we have terrible service, I speak out.

Lackluster service and food was mediocre. Very little protein in my sandwich and the pickled vegetables lacked any flavor. Whole banh mi taste of maggi seasoning.

Great bubble tea. But poor service. There was two people behind the counter when I walked in. and they started walking in the back as soon as they seen me. Before I ordered I wanted to know if they have milk substitutes, as I'm lactose intolerance. But when I started to ask the question, the girl turned to me cut me off and told me "you have to order on the kiosk" and walked into the back. I went ahead and ordered, because I had pulled my husband from the other end of the levy to get bubble tea. And I do have pills so I can eat dairy on special occasions.
