This place is usually clean but today on July 28, 2022, This place was filthy and flies everywhere. Bathrooms dirty also. Service took longer than usual and it's not because they are short on help. But this place needs an improvement .
You would think this food would've been good being that they had sull staff because it was busy. It WAS DISGUSTING. I GOT A SUPREME DINNER. I ASKED FOR HOT FRIES AND THEY EVEN TASTED OLD, THE CHICKEN WAS SOGGY TASTING AND TEA DIDNT HAVE SUGAR. SO GO FIGURE WHETHER I COULD GO ENJOY MY MEAL OR NOT. THE SAD PART IS WE DOING ALL THIS COMPLAINING AND YOU STILL GET DAY OLD FOOD. NOTHING IS CHANGING.
I come here twice a week to get y’all’s chicken and I mean the experience was great. The customer service was great from the workers when I walked in. But one particular young man I met at the register named Massiah, just a sweet young man and treated me with respect. He carried himself like an experienced manager. Also, the food was HOT. ITS BO TIME!
