Worst customer service ever!!! I just went to the drive thru. Nothing…no greeting no nothing. So after 5 mins of silence I just go around because at this point I think the speaker must be broke. I get to the window and this so called manager name Zekiya or whatever she said comes to the window and says I gotta go back around and wait in line that just formed. States they didn’t say anything because they were busy.. like what?! Not a hold on one min I’ll be right with you. Nothing! Was very rude and mind you when I just drove to the window after waiting 5 mins there was only one car there at the window…. This location definitely needs more training. And that manager needs to be looked into!

It was HORRIBLE! As a first (and last) time customer from Kentucky, they never have to worry about me returning! The chicken was cold and unseasoned. The Cajun beans was soup and not hot! The mashed potatoes was still flaked in the middle where it wasn't mixed with water correctly. The gravy on top of the mashed potatoes was white and had sausage in it. (I don't eat pork nor was the description included upon ordering). The biscuit was the only saving grace bit they had no butter or honey. They only offered grape or strawberry jelly. Smh. To add the cherry on top, THERE WAS NO HOT SAUCE AND THE CASHIER HAD A NASTY ATTITUDE! NEVER AGAIN!

I would rate 0 stars if I could. I made an order on September 30, 2022 in the amount of $30.41. My order was canceled with no given reason. I tried calling multiple times, I've emailed, I've filled out 2 complaint forms online, I called the 800 number & also sent them a message on Facebook. I haven't got an answer or a refund. I just want my money back.
