I don't eat here often and didn't know q drink didn't come with the meal. When I asked for my cup, the manager informed me it was separate. He must have seen me getting upset about not having a drink with my food and he gave me a small drink for free! Excellent customer service!

I visited this place this morning and the service was horrible. Not only did they get my order wrong twice they had the nerve to be rude loud and disrespectful to me. The employees were yelling at each other and me ! It was beyond rude.. then we I asked her for my remaining order she told me me I had to drive around and order it again. It was a plain biscuit! The manager had to nerve to tell to drive around and get back in the long drive through line to order an item that I already ordered and they didn’t charge me for. The lady at the window was rude to me and yelling at me the customer. Then the manager came and yelled at me. Then after they made me late for work. I realized I got 2 biscuits that were not cooked throughout. I requested dark brown biscuits! This was the worst customer service ever and this place is known to be rude but this was the worst !

My complaint is directed at the staff. Not only were they too busy talking to hear us say our order 4 times, but they still messed up and missed a meal. I’ve worked at McDonald’s for 5yrs. It’s a reason they teach us to repeat the full order back to the customer. After waiting to get the meal the sweet tea tasted terrible and definitely wasn’t sweet. I don’t even like doing these type of reviews cause if they’re anything like McDonalds it won’t even get looked at. I just want to set awareness. EVERYONE is understaffed and I can’t stand my job, but #1 the customers can never tell and #2 I at least make sure I do my job right so my day will be better. Lastly the fries taste like they put a literal pinch of seasoning on it such a disappointment
