Bojangles

They never have any chicken ready I pulled up and was told it will be a 20min wait for chicken and I only had 1 car infront of me

Everytime I go there is always a long wait, no matter on if there is a line or not. My last visit after I ordered I sat in line 15 minutes before I eventually just left. This was around 10 am on a weekday. It would have been nice if people were made aware that there was a hold up when placing a order. There's no way the wait should be that long to order simple breakfast items.

I just went through the drive thru line and had a horrible experience. The girl on the intercom sounded drunk and said in a low voice "Bo time". I could barely hear her and I said excuse me. She started to say bizarre things and I asked her what her problem was and she said she said "Bo time" 4 times, which she did not. She never said May I help you, or What would you like to order? She started mumbling words that I couldn't understand. I asked her what was her name and what is her managers name and she said nothing. This young girl should not be working there because it is bad for this restaurant. This is unacceptable and I will be contacting corporate.This person needs to be fired because the way she spoke to me was out of line. This place has terrible customer service and should be shut down until there is completely new staff. Do yourself a favor and dont come to this Bojangles.
