I ordered 2 biscuits. I asked for no salt and no butter! Guess what?! It was salted and buttered. I gave 3 stars because it was hot & fresh.
Idk who was working on the evening of today at 9:30, but he had horrible customer service. To be from out of town and to receive such horrible “southern hospitality” was disgusting, made me cancel my whole order. I can’t get bojangles back home. This disappointment was at an all time high .
Had quite a big order. Whe. I say the service was fast and prompt and I had no issues. All of my order was correct and it was hot and fresh. I frequent this location. Maybe it's under new management and if so kudos to them for turning this location around.
