Bob's Train

Great time eating on this fantastic train. The brie and berry sandwich is awesome and you can tour the extra train cars. Super fun!! Thanks Bob God bless ????????

Love this place, Bob makes a mean sourdough Brie cheese and fruit sandwich! Loved the conversation, the owner actually engages with his customers. Learned a lot about the Ringling circus here, Bob told us some stories on his life and experience when he was young. He actually makes the food, just a welcoming and wonderful place to go, awesome food. Waitress was helpful and friendly, told us about the different train cars on back. We made the walk and took pictures. Great for the family:)

"Hidden gem," is often overused, but Bob's Train truly is one. You eat in a railway dining car with circus memorabilia aplenty. I had the grilled brie with jam sandwich and homemade chips and it was great. There is also a good chance that Bob, who does the cooking, will come out and say "hi." The man is a walking encyclopedia of circus history, and also shares stories of his time in the U.S. Navy if you ask, such as being on a ship only a couple of miles from a nuclear bomb being detonated underwater when such tests were still allowed. Bob's Train is a great atmosphere with great food!
