We went out for a celebration dinner. The staff in the front said hello and then gave us the just a minute finger. We awkwardly stood there for a few minutes before they finished their conversation and welcomed us. The waiting staff was quite unprofessional for a fine dining restaurant, chatting quite loudly and making comments such as, "i don't get paid enough for this." Our waiter was ok. She didn't try very hard to make it a memorable experience. We ordered two great salads and a side with my husband ordering a steak. His steak was good but his potatoes were stale and over cooked. My brussels were burnt to a crisp which I would've told the waiter but she never came around. Quite disappointed in choosing this place for a celebration.
The food and ambience was great - the best part of the dinner was having Connie as our server. She was very attentive and made a personal connection that made our experience one to remember. We will definitely be back and will make sure to request Connie as our server again.
Upscale dining experience. Typical upscale menu. Dinner was excellent. Enjoyed the ambience & the staff was more than accommodating.
