June 2021 update - Restrictions from COVID are fading and I needed to stop for dinner. I stopped in and had the Dinner Bell - Hand Breaded Fried Chicken Dinner. It is inexpensive and came out very quickly - which made me go "Hmmmm...." It was tasty enough ... the pictures tell the rest of the tale. 2017 - You can tell as soon as you enter this location that the staff cares about their jobs. Greeted almost immediately, say down quickly, server came right over, And the place is clean and food will prepared. Foods experiences all around.
I thought food was to be good coming from Bob Evans. Unfortunately I am mistaken. Denny's is way better. On 8/8/2022 I ordered dinner for 6. Also ordered a pecan salad. I ordered it at 6:11. I was informed it would arrive at 7:05. It arrived at 7:24. The Door dash driver made another stop. I checked my receipt and he supposedly picked it up at 6:52. So here is my problem. Everything was cold. With a deduction, it would appear the food had been sitting on the counter at Bob Evans for 5 to 10 minutes before the Door dash driver picked up the food . Then another 30 minutes before reaching me. The fried potatoes were hot when in container, yet they sweated so much it was filled with water. The pecan salad had dried grilled chicken and the blue cheese in the salad should have been feta. I tried contacting Door dash they said I had to contact Bob Evans. I emailed and NO response. So people beware.
Excellent staff. Couldn't have felt more at home with the server and her personality. The assistant manager was by what felt like every 10 minutes to ensure that our children were happy and we were totally satisfied.
