one of the servers, Cindy, was berating another young server, Megan, loudly enough for the entire store to hear. the poor girl hadn't done anything wrong, and Cindy continued making underhanded comments and being downright aggressive to the girl during my entire visit. Cindy's outrageous actions and extreme lack of composure and professionalism are my sole reasons for this 1star review, and if I see that the situation has been resolved, my review will change, as all of the other employees have always been the epitome of what Bob Evans is meant to represent.
$12.39 for one breakfast meal where the hash browns are mostly one layer of crisp potatoes, hardly any softer white ones AND didn't even get the sausage gravy that was supposed to come with it. Wasn't ready at the time it was supposed to be and Manager had to put order together. Probably gonna give another Bob's my business next time. Whole meal only with about $5. Ordered Pancakes and wasn't given any butter or syrup to go with them.
Food was good. Waitress is really nice. We have been there many times for a breakfast meeting on fridays and have had same Waitress every time. She does her job very well … More
