Bob Evans

We order Bob Evans when we want "semi-comfort/family" food. It's not gourmet, but it's typically pretty consistent in its overall mediocrity, which can be comforting. But, they've gotten pretty much worse. Last time I ordered for pickup of a family meal, I waited over half an hour at the restaurant, thinking they were putting my order together. Nope. It was sitting there the whole time and finally the cashier checked and was like "Oh, it's all ready ready for you". Naturally it was cold, and I disliked having my time wasted while the teens working there chatted amongst themselves. Today, we ordered via DoorDash. The dasher got to the restaurant, and my food was already ready, but it was behind the counter. After waiting 15 minutes for someone to acknowledge her and give her my order, she got fed up and went behind the counter herself to get it. Naturally by the time it got to us 10-15 mins later, it was pretty much ice cold. Doubtful we're going to want to try again anytime soo

Over 30 minutes waiting when told 15 minutes. Asked for over medium eggs (dunkable with whites done), broken yolks, dried out yolks smeared, mixed in with whites done. Server was very nice, but super scattered. Took drink order, waited over 10 minutes for a coffee. Ordered English muffins, come back to say they're out. Couldn't remember who ordered what. Overall THE Worst Experience at any Bob Evans in 20 years!

Service could have been better. Had to go to counter to get additional silverware. A different server topped off my coffee which I hadn't drank much of. Server dropped check off but never came back to check on us. Would have asked for another cup of coffee. Also juice machine decided to go out right after I ordered child's meal. Ended up getting her Sierra Mist which see did not like as much as juice.
