Loved the breakfast risotto. They gladly substituted the ham for the amazing corned beef. My husband had the corned beef hash and he loved it. Pancakes were great too. The waitress was super nice and attentive even though it was a busy Monday. Can’t wait to come back. … More
I’d never been to Blue’s Egg but I stopped here after Googling breakfast restaurants and it was after breakfast time already, so I noticed people waiting and almost turned around but I went in and got a table almost immediately (of course I was by myself) and they were still serving breakfast and to make a long story short it was freaking amazing (BOMB A/F). I had the Dubliner Benedict, if I had to wait it would have been well worth the wait, I will definitely be back and if I could give more stars I would. Thanks ????????????????????????
Wonderful breakfast here! The reputation as a unique and extremely well run restaurant is well earned. I have tried to dine here in the past, but the lines drove me away. There is a reservation system that I would strongly recommend if eating on a weekend or holiday. Andouille with Spinach and bechamel sauce. Yummy.
