Indoor, outdoor, and street outdoor seating Order at counter and then sit down. Bit on the pricey side but the food is delicious. Recommend coming here if you are visiting San Diego Order Half fish and chips for yourself The fish tacos are amazing Oyster if you love oysters, no selections, only one type of oyster. Poke bowls, has pineapple flavor added. Poke comes with rice on the side, the rice is mixed with a mayonnaise kind of sauce. Parking can be difficult Street parking only Parking: Street parking only
Best place to have seafood in San Diego. They have a couple of locations, however, I know about this location. I think the other location will be good too. We stopped by for the dinner, and it was fully packed. It was close to their closing time so the fish counter was a bit empty. It’s a marketplace and restaurant. So you can buy fish and go too if you want. The rule is that you have to wait in the line, make the selection of fresh fish/ shrimp etc and choose the way you want them ( in salad/ sandwich/ tacos/ with rice). We started with fresh oyster. Those were really fresh, and juicy with fresh lemon. We got some fresh jumbo shrimp grilled to the perfection and put inside in a big taco. Many people told us that their fish tacos are the best. The final dish was a seafood cioppino ( an Italian marinara based seafood stew/ soup, with different seafoods). The bowl was huge, with tons of clams, mussels, shrimps, fish princes, scallops, etc. they serve that with warm toasted sourdough brea
Ordered the tuna platter appetizer, and my god, this was the best tuna I've ever had. Appetizer size was great, if not too much for 2 of us. With the rice I would say this would be a great meal for just one person. Also ordered the shrimp taco, it was a big one that we had to share. Didn't get a chance to take a photo since we gobbled it down fairly quickly, GRRRRREAT taco and definitely worth the try!
