Ate at the bar. Terrific appetizers of pork belly bao buns and baked green oysters. Omakase box was amazing!
Great first time dining experience. The atmosphere is warm n quaint, especially the covered patio dining with heaters. The menu choices are great. The sushi rolls presentation was as tasty as the actual sushi flavors. The kitchen menu with beef slices on hot plate at the table was both tasty and entertaining. The garlic edamame and gyoza were both tasty appetizers. It was impressive to see not only a Sake and wine list but also a whiskey list on the menu. The service was very professional n friendly. Emily was a great server who answered all our questions with patience and a smile. She was on top of it and made our dining experience a plus. We will definitely return to Blue Ocean for more pleasant dinners and I will recommend this place to others.
Fresh & delicious sashimi. The “contemporary item” section of the menu has some really cool options. I got the fish tower which was great. I’d def try to Pork Belly Bao, the buns were so tastey!
