We had our daughter's baby shower at Bleu Canyon. Ashley went above and beyond to help us and the food was delicious. I cant say enough good things about Blue Canyon
For an upscale restaurant, the aesthetic is not what you would think is normal for an upscale restaurant (think log cabin resort type feel, complete with fireplaces and pictures of cowboys and ranchers), but it fits and is perfect for a fancy or formal dinner. Most upscale restaurants I feel out of place and awkward as a middle-class 29 year old, but that was not the case here. It’s not a casual date night place; I would only go here for special occasions. My husband and I went for an early anniversary celebration and last nice date before our first baby arrives. The food is pricey, but it’s worth it! The flavors are intense and not what you think of traditionally. We ordered the shrimp appetizer, which had a peanut curry glaze and coleslaw (note—appetizers here serve maybe two to three people maximum! The serving sizes are smaller but are just enough for the meal.) Then I tried the salmon, which had a root beer glaze (sounds odd but it was really tasty!) I also tried the warm apple ci
I normally never make an effort to write a review unless I had a completely horrific experience or an exceptional one. Our 11 year anniversary dinner at Blue Canyon last night was nothing short than absolutely AMAZING. From the service we received from our server Michael to the delicious Appetizers, bomb drinks, and incredible mouthwatering food, it was honestly some of the best flavors I've ever tried. I highly recommend Blue Canyon for any occasion. You truly will not be disappointed. We will definitely be returning for many many more occasions. Thank you for focusing on great quality and customer service. 5 stars.
