Blue Badger Bar & Grill

It's hard to believe this atmospheric restaurant and bar is in a PETRO truck stop! We ordered at the cool airstream, and the food was delivered to the lounge area upstairs by a rope on a pulley. Very creative place! I really wanted to give this 5 stars, but there were several annoyances the night we were there--missing food, small selection of soft drinks, missing silverware. Also, there was a sign that the airstream would be closed for a week or two, so it seems they have some issues to work out. That was a month ago, so hopefully it is better now. Great potential!

Wow T/A, PETRO needs to take notes from this very properly done truck stop, could be back on top if all were like this with multiple dining options and driver hangout ambiance like this!!! First 2hrs free parking, or spend $50 inside or 75 gallons of fuel for 24hr free parking. Nice dog walk area, clean store, if you're here for a layover restaurant has full bar and also a very nice selection and reasonable prices on liquor, wine, beer, cigars!

The best gas station convenience store I've ever been to!! Nice and helpful staff, wonderful places to eat (chicken place on lower level, Dunkin donuts, O&H Danish kringles, taco Bell, and blue badger bar & grill upstairs), great selection of cold drinks and snack foods, local souvenirs (ex. foam cheese heads), and an all around very modern and clean looking gas station. Parking: Plenty of parking on either side of the building
