The rice noodles are good and my favorite is Singapore style. It's spicy, with a variety of meats that come in addition to an egg. I was too hungry that I ate my bowl before realizing I should've snapped a photo! Not much competition here in Fountain Hills, but Blossom Kitchen Asian Fusion Cuisine is outstanding with an honest, humble and hospitable spirit. This is one of my go-to places in this area.
Fantastic food. Place is very clean, food is comforting, not oily at all, not salty at all. Just right. We ordered the eggplant tofu but everyone at our table was super happy with their choice.
